Thank you for ordering with us! We want to ensure that we are 100% transparent with you at every step of your product purchase journey.

We will always do our best to deliver your parcel on or before your delivery dates.

We advise you to check the average delivery time for your country as described below and not to order if these times are not acceptable.

    • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-10 business days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday). 
    • Orders made over the holidays (Christmas, New Years, Chinese New Year) will take additional days however we try our best to process and ship orders asap.
    • For international orders, please note during holidays additional delays can also be caused by Border and Customs control in your country.
    • An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.


    We ship worldwide and offer two options:

    The estimated times below are from the day of parcel dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. If you live in a remote area, additional days maybe required to deliver your parcel. Depending on which shipping method you've chosen at checkout, these are the average delivery times and pricing options:

      Note: Priority Shipping is currently only available to the following 34 countries:

        • If you are ordering from countries other than the above listed, please do not select priority shipping.
        • If you placed your order with priority shipping and it is not available in your country, we will refund you the cost of priority shipping and send with standard shipping or issue a full refund for your order.
        • Contact Us and we may be able to provide a faster shipping method if your country is not listed above.
        • When ordering, please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. 
        • There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. The delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.
        • Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your package can be collected.


        If the product has been back ordered, we will try our best to ship it out as soon as it gets back in stock. Kindly contact us if you cannot wait, we will help you cancel the order.



        • Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
        • You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into a specific country.
        • Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
        • We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
        • Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges. Buyer bears all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
        • Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade and buyer is responsible for these charges.
        • We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback. 


          On Track My Order page entering the tracking number provided in your email and clicking the "track" button to see the status, OR simply email us on and we can tell you the status of your order.



          We can cancel your order with no fee as long as the item has not been shipped. Please notify us within 24 hours of your order to cancel. If your purchase has already been shipped, you may return the order (Terms and Conditions of Return, Exchange & Refund Policy Apply). Once we're able to confirm your package was sent back to our warehouse, we will process your return minus a 30% restocking fee.
